I really like 1 Day Rooter. Josh is so friendly and transparent. They came and improved my toilet situation. They resently came and gave me a consulation about an issue and they didn't try to push unnecessary services on me. They gave me their opinion and that was it! These are my plumbers! Friendly, honest and capable.

Josh is the best! Knowledgeable, responsive and has excellent communications skills! I had a major plumbing leak and he came out right away to address it. He is very meticulous at cleaning up and leaving the workspace in the same condition as he first arrived.

The guys were fantastic. My client was in escrow on a 4 unit in So Pasadena and we needed sewer inspection on a limited timeline. Called 1 Day Rooter thankfully Josh was able to schedule us for the same weekend. They were prompt for the inspection. Ran the camera thru the pipe and thoroughly explained all of the cracks and issues to the buyer. Even provided a 2 minute youtube video for our file. Both the client and I were grateful to 1 Day and my office will certainly use there services in the future. Not just for inspections but all plumbing related concerns.

The installation of the shower head and quarter turn valve was well done, especially since tile had to be cut into.

Justin came pretty quickly for it being a Sunday. He was very professional, communicative, and timely. He had to come back the next day with the part since the stores were closed and he came and did very efficient work. I did think the cost was pricey for how minor of a job it was, but it appears to be industry standard, so I cannot fault them for this.

Josh with Day 1 Rooter was great! He was professional, on time, gave great advice on how to NOT clog my kitchen sink again. He was quick and has GREAT communication. He gave me an arrival window, called to tell me he was on his way and called when he got there. Very nice guy! Very quick (but thorough). Thanks Josh! happy customer!

This plumbing company is absolutely fabulous! I found them online do to there great reviews and called them out because i has a sewer line issue. They diagnosed the problem and quickly recommended a trenchless pipe burst, sure enough my sewer main worked perfectly after they finished the sewer pipe replacement. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with 1 day rooter and plumbing, I know the review is long over due but thanks again for the quick response on your end. We had a blockage because our main line was broken about 50ft down and these guys took care of it in 2 days. It actually was good for about a week and we had another area that started to flood so I appreciate you coming out and fixing that even though it wasnt related to the first issue. Ill continue to reach out to you guys.

This company is fantastic and Josh helped us tremendously. My project is close to the finish line, but ran into some urgent issues that needed to be completed ASAP. They had a great competitive price to install a Sump Pump storm drain system. Josh was great communicating throughout completing his work and was great adjusting to the inspectors request as needed. Weeks later, we ran into another issue and needed a camera to view inside our sewer line for the inspector. Since I had great service with 1 Day Rooter & Plumbing, I gave Josh a call. Once again, he came to the rescue. He ran a camera inside the sewer drain for the inspector to view and installed a cleanout as well. We past the inspection. Highly recommend them! Thank you Josh!
